My server

I am new to owning a server and I had a lot of complaints from people about how we didn't have bukkit, once bukkit got released i added it but now I have a new problem with people asking for ranks to be added if anyone knows of a good plugin for ranks please tell me. by the way if anyone does want to join my server the IP address is 85.236.100.250:31965
